My 4-5-year old kitty, Miss Patches, who had to be euthanized May 5th, 2009 due to extreme suffering caused by feline leukemia. She'll never be forgotten. Been the sweetest and most loving cat/pet I've ever had :cry:.

Poor kittycat! And poor you! *hugs* She's definitely one of the most pretty and photogenic cats I've ever seen. She'll be missed for sure.

Hi, thank you for your kind words. I also remember you favoring a lot of my cat pictures - thanks a lot, once again. I appreciate it. As for Miss Patches, we knew her time was coming, and coming fast. She's been getting sicker and sicker until she couldn't walk or even move anymore. Once she started breathing really heavily, making a loud sound, and meowing in pain, we knew it was time to euthanize her. No point in letting her suffer any longer.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, it will be very hard getting used to living without her, but that's life. She's actually in a much better place now (if such a place exists on the "other side") considering how much she already had to suffer because of the disease.

I like to think they are never really gone......just on another plane somewhere watching over us. She's beautiful. My condolences.
